General Info

You may register in the following ways:

Online: register right now!
By Mail: 313 SW Shevlin-Hixon Dr., Bend, OR 97702. Send a check payable to Arts Central or note Visa/Mastercard information on the registration form.
In Person: Stop by the Art Station during office hours (Monday through Thursday from 10 am to 5 pm)
By Telephone: Call 541.617.1317 (for Visa/Mastercard holders). Call the Art Station during office hours to provide the necessary information.
By Fax: Fax your registration form to 541.617.1439 (for Visa/Mastercard holders only). Please call to confirm receipt.

Late Class Enrollment

Please call the Art Station if you would like to join a class that has already started.

Confirmation

For on-line registration and fax registration we will send an email confirmation. If you would like a written confirmation, include a SASE with your registration form or an email address. If you have been wait-listed or if there is a problem, we will notify you.

Absences

As a courtesy to your teacher, please notify the office in advance of an absence. Missed class/camp/workshop due to student absence is not made up. Classes are not pro-rated due to vacations, conflict, etc.

Cancellation

If a class should fail to meet the minimum enrollment before the first scheduled meeting, it will be cancelled. Unfortunately, we often have to wait till the "last minute" to cancel since many of our registrations come in the last few days prior to a class starting. We regret this is the case and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause those registered. If a class or workshop is cancelled a full refund will be made.

Refunds/Credits

Refunds/credits are readily granted if notified 7 days prior to the beginning of class. Credits (minus a 15% processing fee) will be granted if notified less than 7 days prior to the beginning of class. Credits are good for one year from the date of issue. NO credits or refunds will be issued when notified 24 hours or less from the start of a the class.

Privacy Statement

The privacy of participants in the Arts Central online registration is of utmost importance to the administrators of this program. We are highly concerned with protecting your privacy. This statement will outline our privacy policy and the reasons behind the information being requested during the registration process.

You do not have to give personal information except what is required for us to process your registration. These fields are required on the registration form.
We will not share your personal information or information about the Arts Central courses you take with anyone.
We will collect personally identifiable information (name, email address) only if specifically and knowingly provided by you.
Personally identifying information you provide will be used only in connection with the Arts Central registration program. This information is only used internally, does not contain personal identifiers, and will only be used for internal management purposes.
Information is collected for statistical purposes only.

Weather Closings

The Art Station will follow Bend-La Pine School District closures. If there is a two-hour delay, the morning classes will be cancelled and the afternoon classes will run as scheduled. You will be notified by email of make-up times for cancelled classes.
