Clay Start
Ages 2-4
Experience the tactile world of art as you and your child work in clay. Working in clay is an excellent exercise for developing your child’s fine motor skills and learning to express the world in 3-D. A caregiver must accompany each child. No child under two should be present during class. All supplies included. $78

Art Start
Ages 2-4
Experience the extraordinary world of art as you and your child draw, paint, create collage masterpieces and more! Drawing and painting tools will help your child develop fine motor skills at their important “pre-writing” stage as well as open up their creative thinking and self-expression. Clay Play
Ages 4-6
You’ll have tons of fun as you discover, invent and play with clay. The focus of this class is experimentation and exploration. Students will increase skills in problem-solving and create three-dimensional art works using coil and pinching techniques. Young artists will also learn how to use clay tools, and glaze their pieces. Projects vary each session.

Ages 4-6
Art and literacy – a winning combination! Books will be read out loud and linked to each art project for skill development in both visual and literary arts. Observational Drawing I
Ages 6-8
Drawing is an expression of what and how you see. In this class we will spend time learning to LOOK at an object and focus on exploring the world of observation. We will touch on key terms and techniques but most importantly students will be encouraged to use unique and creative tools to observe what they see. All supplies included.$54

Ages 6-8
Investigate the wonders of clay as you learn hand-building techniques to make a variety of pots and sculpture. Create original and imaginative pieces and have loads of fun getting your hands into clay. All clay, tools, glaze and firings included. $81

Painting Studio: Color
Ages 6-8
Building on the foundation of Painting Studio, students will focus on mixed-media by looking at and discussing some of Art’s greatest colorists in painting: Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso and Mark Rothko. Class will cover basic color theory, including color mixing in various paint media. All supplies included. $68

Drawing I
Ages 8-12
Learning to draw means practice and focus, plus fun! Drawing is the foundation for all visual arts and helps develop conceptual skills to use in all walks of life. It is a skill that can be learned by everyone. Learn the techniques of “seeing” with a range of drawing tools and materials. Bring a 9 x 12 sketchbook. $68

Ages 5-8
Perfect for home school families, this class will focus on artists from the 19th and 20th centuries. While exploring some fundamentals of art history we will create artwork using paint, printmaking and various drawing techniques. As students are guided through the creative process they will be encouraged to follow their own artistic expression while learning important connections to the wonderful world of art. Marvelous Moasics
Ages 8-12
Learn about the ancient art of mosaics! Using broken bits of tile and other objects we will transform two-dimensional and three-dimensional objects into mosaic masterpieces. You’ll learn all of the various steps involved with grouting, sealing and attaching your tiles. $75

Art and the Machine
Ages 8-12
Working in both three dimensions you will focus on how the machine is depicted in art. We will explore imaginative machines, time machine, airplanes, cars, trains, factories, computers and more. Holiday Hand Prints
All Ages
Make a set of hand or foot prints (or both!) to remember your little ones forever! Using terra cotta clay or multi-media, and your child, you will make your own holiday keepsake! In the clay studio you will have the option of using a variety of tools to decorate the plaque for display, and a menu of glaze colors to choose from. Clay pieces will be kiln-fired.
