The following forms/documents are for the AIS artists.  They are provided in both a pdf format, or as a word document.  Download the format that works best for you.  You can email forms back to the Art Station.  If you have any questions, please contact Heather McNally, AIS Coordinator.

Artists can apply to the AIS program at any time. Postings will be updated quarterly. To apply to the Arts Central - Artist in Schools Residency Program use the following form:
